We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, stock movement, and vendor coordination, ensuring efficient merchandise flow and timely replenishment across retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and warehouse staff.
• Oversee receiving, storage, stock transfers, and dispatch of merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and stock movement.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with retail stores for stock replenishment and transfers.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records, inventory reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and control stock loss, damages, and shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, and operational standards.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for warehouse efficiency.
