Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional beauty consultations.
• Understand customers' skin types, beauty concerns, preferences, and needs.
• Recommend and demonstrate suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, and personal care products.
• Explain product benefits, usage, and application techniques.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Promote new products, offers, and loyalty programs.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain product displays, testers, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory replenishment.
• Process sales accurately through the POS system.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, new products, and industry developments.
• Follow store hygiene, safety, and operational policies.

Skills

• Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, sales, or customer service is preferred.
