We are looking for a responsible and punctual Rider/Delivery Rider to ensure timely and safe
delivery of goods while providing professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products/orders to customers safely and on time.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Handle products carefully during loading, transportation, and delivery.
• Collect cash/payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
• Verify orders and delivery details before handing over goods.
• Provide polite and professional customer service.
• Maintain regular communication with the office/team regarding delivery status.
• Use smartphone, maps, and delivery applications for navigation and updates.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and report any issues.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety procedures.
• Submit daily delivery and payment reports as required.

Experience: Relevant experience preferred

Skills

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
• Previous delivery/rider experience is an advantage.
• Basic smartphone and Google Maps/navigation skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
• Physically fit and willing to travel within the assigned area.
