We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and staff supervision. Candidates with experience in Big Mart, SalesBerry, or similar retail chains will be given preference.

Job Description

• Supervise daily store operations and staff.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Resolve customer concerns and support smooth store operations.
• Prepare basic store reports and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail store operations.
• Experience in Big Mart, SalesBerry, or similar retail chains preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
