Detailed job description / Requirement

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store & Supply Chain Officer to manage store operations, inventory control, and material movement within the manufacturing plant. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory records, timely material availability, and smooth coordination across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure proper handling, identification, storage, and preservation of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory through effective stock control.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Coordinate with customs offices, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities for import/export documentation and clearance.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and safe handling of materials.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory, stock, and dispatch reports.
• Lead and supervise store and dispatch personnel while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience with GRN, material issuance, stock transfers, dispatch, and inventory documentation.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems/ERP will be an advantage.
