Detailed job description / Requirement

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Product Executive to bridge the gap between enterprise clients and the product development team. This role focuses on product implementation, workflow analysis, quality assurance, and client-driven product improvements.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to understand business processes, translate customer requirements into product enhancements, ensure software quality, and support successful adoption of AI-powered business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Integration & Solution Design

• Gather and analyze client requirements, business workflows, and operational challenges.
• Translate customer feedback into clear product specifications and feature requests.
• Design customized workflow solutions, workspace structures, and local integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and user experience.

2. Workflow Development & Automation

• Convert business processes, SOPs, and organizational knowledge into structured digital workflows.
• Develop reusable workflow templates, automation processes, and best practices.
• Support the localization of solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.

3. Quality Assurance & Technical Support

• Conduct product testing before new releases and feature rollouts.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, usability issues, and performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with development teams.
• Ensure consistent product quality and smooth client experience.

4. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with clients, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Maintain continuous feedback loops to improve products, onboarding, and implementation processes.
• Participate in client meetings, implementation reviews, and product planning discussions.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Product Management
  • Systems Analysis
  • Software Quality Assurance
  • SaaS Implementation
  • Business Process Automation
  • Technical Consulting

Experience working with enterprise clients, AI platforms, SaaS products, or software development companies is highly preferred.
