Detailed job description / Requirement

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Head to lead all HR and administrative functions at our manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for workforce planning, industrial relations, statutory compliance, employee development, and factory administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, grievance handling, welfare programs, and communication with employees and representatives.
  • Oversee factory administration, including security, transport, facilities, vendors, and contractor management.
  • Coordinate with all factory departments to ensure smooth operational and production support.
  • Drive training, employee development, productivity improvement, and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and coordinate with relevant government authorities.
  • Support organizational development, succession planning, and continuous process improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Administration team to build a disciplined and high-performing workplace.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in HR & Administration within a manufacturing or industrial plant in Nepal.
  • Proven experience in industrial relations, labor management, and statutory compliance.

- A Master's degree or professional HR certification will be an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Nepal Labor Act and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in industrial relations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
