Detailed job description / Requirement

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, banks, BFIs, cooperatives, payment service providers, fintech partners, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure timely resolution of client concerns, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand client requirements and strengthen partnerships.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with institutions
  • Coordinate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and Support Teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expansion of existing business relationships.
  • Support business development initiatives by generating leads and facilitating introductions with prospective clients and partners.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to support product enhancements, service improvements, and business strategy.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address issues to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, commitments, escalations, and follow-up actions within the company’s reporting systems.
  • Coordinate contract renewals, service agreements, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and partnership documentation.
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry-related programs.
  • Assist management in developing and implementing client engagement and relationship management strategies.
  • Prepare periodic status reports and stakeholder updates for management review.
  • Ensure professional communication and uphold the company’s reputation and brand image at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, corporate relations, account management, customer success, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with banks, BFIs, fintech companies, payment service providers, or enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry will be an added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of corporate relationship management and customer engagement principles.
  • Knowledge of banking, fintech, and digital banking ecosystems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of Internet and E-mail applications.
  • Experience in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports, and client communications.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client relationship management practices.
