Detailed job description / Requirement

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our retail operations by maintaining accurate sales, inventory, and product records. The ideal candidate must have strong mathematical skills and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update sales, inventory, and product data.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory reporting.
• Maintain records of purchases, transfers, and stock movements.
• Prepare basic reports using Excel.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working with numbers, calculations, and inventory data.

Skills

• Strong mathematical and numerical skills (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in Fashion/Basic knowledge in fashion.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience in data entry or retail operations is an advantage.
