Detailed job description / Requirement

  • Primary responsible for Store Management, Planning &Inventory Control.
  • Responsible for managing inventory and for effectively planning and forecasting
  • Required to have prior Store In charge experience.
  • Additional experience with product purchasing, financial analysis, and inventory control is preferable
  • Responsible for every aspect of the in-store parts of products until those products are taken out the doors.
  • Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
  • Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Manage stock levels up to the standard and make key decisions about stock control
  •  Analyze stock figures and forecast future requirement according to demand of parts.
  • Continuous contact with Respective Staff regarding purchase of store/ demanded items
  • Verify and ensure the quality of purchased / Incoming item as per paper.
  • Take a signature from respective department head on GR.
  • Lead and manage junior staff and their Duty
  • Prepare and disseminate mails of received items to Respective department heads on daily basis
