  • The primary job responsibility is to close sales, research
    new accounts, maintain existing accounts and solicit new business for the Hotel. The Sales Manager’s primary function is to maximize profits of the hotel through creative
    and selective selling.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Nana Hotel & resort managers inside and outside valley
  • Plan and manage promotional program for Nana hotel & restaurants
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendors for implementing marketing programs accordingly
  • B2B and B2C marketing
  • Generate and follow up the leads aggressively
  • Carry out market research activities
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
  • Assist to plan, develop and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions (both ATL & BTL)
  • Generating new client base as well as servicing current client to increase sales and revenues
  • Building relationships and rapport with new and existing clients
  • Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses
  • Pitch products and services effectively
  • Follow through with customer and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Solicit feedback on guests/clients experience
  • Willing to travel extensively

    policies, procedures, and standards
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to guests’ requests
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints ensuring guest
  • Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to
    guest inquiries accurately
  • Assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted goals in sales, profit and occupancy for the total
    hotel operation
