Detailed job description / Requirement

The CMO is responsible for overall marketing strategy of the company for all product category of voice, VAS & data in achieving the company goal of Revenue, Gross adds& Distribution hygiene. CMO is also responsible for overall brand image & communication strategy of the company in achieving the company goal of preferred telecom brand among customers & channel. The CMO specifically is responsible to:

  • Manage the product function, including staff development, budgeting, and policy implementation and Develop annual business plans / expense budgets for the product division, establish monthly product plan and profit objectives
  • Provide recommendations to the CMO on major marketing decisions and carry out the marketing policy decisions made by CMO
  • Prepare the company for a nationwide re-launch, with renewed tariff plans, refreshed branding, and an extensive sales and distribution network
  • Develop people in product function
  • Analyzing competitors, regular market research, market share increase in consumer and corporate segment
  • To achieve company target of VAS and Data revenue share
  • Training of the company's official dealers and distributors to be familiar with the company products/services
  • Prepare the report and communicate on timely basis to CMO and all concerned stakeholders
  • Fulfill other duties based on business requirement
  • Managing acquisition products / gross adds – both no.s& quality.
  •  Managing all segmented products
  • Responsible for revenue target delivery of company
  • Has to be cost focused
  • Has to be very good understanding of finance
  • Closely work with sales & distribution department and give continuous feedback
  • Manage the brand & communication area, including staff development, budgeting, and policy implementation and Develop annual business plans / expense budgets and profit objectives
  • Manage and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable marketing communication activities and intellectual property management
  • Provide recommendations to the CMO on major brand decisions and carry out the brand & communication policy decisions made by CMO
  • Prepare the company for a nationwide re-launch with refreshed branding
  • Develop people in brand & communication function
  • Analyzing competitors, regular market research, market share increase in consumer and corporate segment
  •  Marketing Communication Strategy aligned with segment strategies for positive image building and brand awareness
  • Prepare the report and communicate on timely basis to CMO and all concerned stakeholders
  • Fulfill other duties based on business requirement
  • Helping all other functions on branding related requirement

 

Skills

  • Extensive experience in product and brand.
  • Telecom experience is a must.
  • Brand Agency experience would be added advantage.
  • Good communication skill.
